Pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, oats, marshmallow protein powder, eggs whites, fairlife milk, and a ton of spices I didn't track (cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt). Topped with whipped cream, banana, and chocolate sprinkles as a treat!
