  2. Inside of the cake looks moist! Some chocolate cake recipes are drier than other ones. Did you brush it with sugar syrup or use any special ingredient?

  3. Looks really great. Personally I think it would look a lot, lot cleaner without the crumb, and with a firmer sorbet quenelle.

    Bro from the first picture I thought the inside was coated in black caviar (because of how moist it is I guess) and I was grimacing trying to imagine chocolate cake with caviar. Anyway, it looks dope.

    I was excited at first because it glistened like caviar then I read the title and it hurt a little bit.

  6. It’s beautiful!
    The only thing I would change is the plate. Maybe a smaller plate with an interesting texture or color that makes the dish pop.

  7. Very pretty! If you use the almond butter powder again, maybe put a little on the top of the cake itself, and less flowers? I would love to see more of the glaze.
