As a lover of roquefort, this cheese seems mild for me (I prefer strong cheeses like aged cheddar and cabrales) but it still has that blueness and has the sweet and nutty taste of sheep chees in the region. Highly recommend

  1. I like blue cheese in my mouth. Always have some Maytag in the fridge to nibble on. What a great funk.
