Don’t mind the absurdly low calories, I was dealing with a bit of an emergency most the day and was too stressed to eat anything. But Kevin’s prepared meals at the grocery store are my new favorite. Didn’t take a picture (see: emergency) but this dinner came together in 10 minutes and was so satisfying. 10/10 recommend if you’re like me and hate cooking chicken. They’re in Costco and it’s a much better deal.

Agreed! I add vegetables and a little extra lemon or lime juice to them for freshness but so easy.
