    Cheeselings!!! I grab a handful at a time to make cheese and charcuterie snacks. I love buying these little odds and ends. You taste a lot more cheese without the commitment of having to buy a big portion in case it’s not to your liking.

  2. Love the Murray’s!!! Wife doesn’t understand 15 bucks on one cheese, but a bunch of small ones? She is on board!

    That quesadilla block must be Oaxaca cheese snd it SLAPS with some jamon and white corn tortillas, some salsa

  4. They call these “orphan cheese” in Wisconsin grocery stores, every store has a basket full! It’s always the last bits after cutting cheese into larger blocks/pieces for sale.
