
I made what I'm calling "pizza pasta" using 1 serving of Barilla protein spaghetti pasta (190 calories), 1 serving of cottage cheese (I used 4% for 110 calories) zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and mini peppers and trader Joe's pizza seasoning!
I started by sauteing the veggies together with some salt and pizza seasoning on medium-high, once they were done to my taste I added in the pasta and cottage cheese to the same pan and a little more salt and pizza seasoning. I cooked that until the cottage cheese was melted, warm and gooey. This completely satisfied my craving for a creamy, indulgent pasta and you can't even tell that the sauce is cottage cheese at all.
