    Where’s the beans? But I like it. I’d like to see the salmon skin on though. Pretty classic flavor profile. I think you could tighten up the beanless succotash to show off more of the creme and kind of create some cleaner concentric circles with that and the bowl.

  2. Looks very appetizing, though I don’t think the photo shows the color of the sear very clearly.
