    Needs a sauce and possibly drop the sprouts. I like that the you took the time to properly peel the asparagus.

  2. Ditch the sprouts. Slice the pork chop. Remove the lemon wedge and make some sort of lemon sauce that complements the dish

    Great home plating. The seared edges look good, still some moisture on the chops, asparagus looks neat and not overcooked, and I love a good lemon wedge for both. Nice job.
