    If you use this post for any inspiration, skip the all purpose flour/cornstarch for the chicken. It’s not enough to β€œfry” and sesame chicken tastes perfectly good without frying, just broil each side for 7 minutes. So you could essentially make a ~425 calorie sesame chicken or used the saved calories to add broccoli or more of the core ingredients.
