    Really intriguing flavors, I’d definitely order this. Although I feel like I’d need like one more piece of bread. I also think the apricots would eat better if they were thinly sliced.

    Looks great . To eat maybe nice to have a crust on the liver , apricots some kind of confit . Lot going on, I’m intrigued, but overall maybe a bit “dry”
    Looks great , and as always you do t know till you try ! Nice work
