Intrigued how the dried apricots eat on this dish
Really intriguing flavors, I’d definitely order this. Although I feel like I’d need like one more piece of bread. I also think the apricots would eat better if they were thinly sliced.
That dish looks so fancy, I feel like I need to wear a tuxedo just to eat it
Why oh why do people consume fois gras???? This needs to be de-normalized.
Looks great . To eat maybe nice to have a crust on the liver , apricots some kind of confit . Lot going on, I’m intrigued, but overall maybe a bit “dry”
