I like to volume eat and I try to only eat twice a day, so I like to include a whole cucumber with my breakfast or something else that's got low caloric density so I can feel fuller longer. The cottage cheese is seasoned with a spoonful of baba ghanouj, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and everything bagel seasoning. It doubles as a dip for the cucumber too 🙂
