That looks really good. I’m sure it tasted better, right?
Can I possibly trouble you for the dough recipe ? I’m just starting out making my own pizza doughs and I’d like to get a bunch of different recipes to try out. I’ve never heard of Chicago tavern style and it sounds and looks intriguing. Also need to find a good pizza sauce that isn’t too sweet.
Thin crust pizzas are pretty much the only ones I eat now. Have had too many bad experiences with soggy regular crusts. I do love Chicago pan pizza and Detroit pan pizzas though. Those are both to die for and they’re the only thicker crust pizzas I really enjoy. Not ready to try making either one of those yet. Gotta get my dough basics down first.
