Smoked chicken croquettes, labneh, chili oil, dill
Looking for feedback – probably would do a row of 3 croquettes next time around instead of this pile which covers a lot of the plating underneath that I’m happy with
I got nothing to say about the plating, but please stop teasing me with this

Thanks for showing the labneh underneath, it’s beautiful and you definitely don’t want to completely cover it.
Maybe a different plate, like a longer one, where you could stagger them?

Well it looks beautiful, but is that really enough labneh to actually enjoy? The croquettes look pretty substantial and of a decent size. It looks like barely a scrape of labneh more for looks than enjoyment, but maybe I can’t properly tell.

The labneh and chili oil is very appealing, don’t hide it. I would try a rectangular plate, and a row of the croquettes along the edge of the labneh.

Seems a bit pointless putting the time in for the pattern just to hide it with the croquettes especially when you could have a more relevant amount of labneh on the plate
