    Mitarashi dango is is Japanese sweets that you can easily make at home.
    Mitarashi dango is made of warm soft grilled mochi ball covered in a sweet soy sauce.

    Ingredients:
    180g of rice flour
    135g of hot water
    25g soy sauce
    65g water
    45g sugar
    10g cornstarch or potato starch
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  2. Oh wow! This recipe is so interesting. Is it Japanese or Korean? I have all the ingredients, so I want to try this. I have never tried such a different cuisine recipe. But, I will definitely try this. However, I wanna know if you have to eat it hot or cold?
