I pre-logged dinner and was expecting to be at 1547, which I was fine with, but once it came rune for dinner I realized my serving looked quite large in compare to what was left for my bf, so I put back a generous spoonful and reweighed my bowl…and the new amount brought my total to 1500 exactly haha. It’s just fun hitting that exact number.

  1. I loosely track macros in that i aim for a minimum amount of protein, but when i hit my protein/fat/carbs/fibre right on the mark it’s so satisfying

    I’m using it too and doing the same thing. I’m so mindful now and can tell my portion size by habit now. I also really enjoy the exercise log. I had an in and out double cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce for dinner and can see how I burned off the calories just by walking/jogging that day. I’m so glad I found this sub.
