  1. I really like this, from the colours to the lines you’ve done something very pretty here. Closest thing I have to a suggestion is to move the raspberry & pistachio a little bit further to the base of the wedge so I can get a bit on the last couple mouthfuls.

  2. I like the plating, but the chocolate cake looks a little plane. Like if you remove the cream and toppings all you have left is a brown triangle.

  3. Looks simple but very pretty. Just a bit confused about frozen raspberry segments, not sure if I would like that texture in this dessert. Or is it perhaps freeze dried?

  4. Since you already have a component that consists of little bits with the pistachio, you would’ve been better off using whole raspberries to at least have some variety of shapes on the plate
