    The egg yolks look great in the toast. I think the top looking down view, looks a little scattered to me (just me though, I am very plain jane) . It’s very vibrant!

  2. I would suggest skewing the top pieces of toast just slightly. So the visual appeal of the yolks is evident from all angles.

    Looks delicious, though.

    I would say it’s a little heavy on the yolks. That’s half a dozen egg yolks per plate? Seems like a lot for one course. Maybe do a solid layer of ikura in the center for that similar look, and one egg yolk flanked by quenelles of caviar on top?

  5. I didn’t see the second picture and thought everyone was calling the caviar on top “egg yolk” πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ.

  7. Are the yolks cured or sous vide at all? I didn’t see any mention of how they were prepared
