    Beautifully plated!

    Can you explain the duck sauce, as this is obviously not a traditional Chinese duck sauce. (If it were, I’d have said there was too much, but this looks more like a duck gravy.)

    Just a splash of red for color (seasoning or julienne red bell pepper in an X shape) is the only thing I can think of. I’m not a chef, just consumer. The dish looks amazing.

  3. Hmm, I donโ€™t like it, seems messy with no point of focus, the food Colorโ€™s donโ€™t contrast well with the meat. Sauce borders are messy and uneven as well. The white rolls have no form or relation with with the rest of the plate.

    Could use improvements

    This is exactly my style. Simplistic, elegant and minimalistic. Even the white plate is perfect. It’s clean and only the food is highlighted. I can almost imagine a smell when I see this, that’s the power of simplistic.

    You’re a student I see. How impressive.
