  1. Aesthetically it looks great. I’m having trouble envisioning the flavor, is it essentially citrus, fluke and Serrano? I definitely like that combo but was wondering if the flowers are adding anything or if there’s anything else going on like some oil or leche de Tigreor something (fyi – lemon juice, white onion, olive oil, fluke with salt and pepper is one of my favorite dishes usually have it when fluke fishing).

  2. A lovely rainbow of colors and flavors against a backdrop that contrasts without overpowering. Best plating I’ve seen here yet!
