Is this a course in a tasting menu? If not, where’s the rest??
Otherwise, beautiful and delicately plated.

That is beautiful, the colors are amazing.
Well done!

It’s gorgeous. I reckon the steak could do with being just a little rarer and therefore having just a touch more color though.
The carrot is the stand out here (and I don’t even like carrot!) It looks so fresh, appetizing and like every bite would offer something slightly different thanks to the garnishes.

Gorgeous! Love the composition, colors, textures. The shiny port sauce is so inviting.

When things are so meticulously plated like this, what is the recommended way to actually eat it? Pop that little steak nugget in your mouth like an M&M and down the carrot like a bomb pop?

Clean. Nice.
What kind of beef is it?

To quote a buddy of mine “Where’s the rest of it?”
In all seriousness, nice plating.

Beautiful. Only hang it on the wall, or serve it as an appetizer. It’s real home should be somewhere in the line of a 6-12 course meal. (Which I am glad it is)!
If that was the main entrée somewhere I’m going back into that kitchen myself! Lol
Beautiful art. Perfection.

Looks really beautiful, I like how clean it looks. The one thing I would say is maybe there could be something to tie the two elements together as they look slightly discounted to me.
