    I don’t want to criticize it because I did not taste it….but, the texture of raw liver I think would put me off. Also a sanitary question here! Is there an acid in the marinade? something to lower the bacteria levels? As beef is definitely bound to carry E.coli

    To the poster: I thought the plate looked great. I never had livers like that. I would try it.

    To poster who had no tips and only negative things to say: you dont know if this is a cultural dish. Also, the concept of disgusting is personal. I think shrimps are disgusting. Am I going to insult dishes with shrimp ? No I am not because I am not eating it. Mayo wants me to gag even just saying it. You like it? Great. I want to respect your choice like you respect mine.
