I don’t want to criticize it because I did not taste it….but, the texture of raw liver I think would put me off. Also a sanitary question here! Is there an acid in the marinade? something to lower the bacteria levels? As beef is definitely bound to carry E.coli

To poster who had no tips and only negative things to say: you dont know if this is a cultural dish. Also, the concept of disgusting is personal. I think shrimps are disgusting.
