It’s ‘Blue Stilton’, my first proper experience with blue cheese. I’m honestly not sure if blue cheese is for me, such a pungent taste, not all too odorous which isn’t a bad thing. I love sharp cheddars etcetera, I’m just not so sure I can get behind this taste I’ll be eating a little more though before my final verdict.
