
Whole chicken breast flattened out, lightly coated in a tablespoon of seasoned flour, egg wash, coated in crushed cornflakes and baked/air-fried for 15-20 mins. Hits all the crispy crunchy cravings of deep fried food at a fraction of the calories/fat!
Served with half a bag of spicy Mexican rice, salad, tomato and low cal mayo!
Huge dinner that kept me full all night!

I know this is a very unusual compliment but the size of those Tomatoes is justttt perfectttt for that dish. One piece per spoon bite just like the perfect amount of Tomato I’d enjoy.
