This is a goat cheese I made recently. It is a pasteurized bloomy rind cheese. Similar to a Camembert.

    Great cheese! It’s the first P. candidum goat I’ve seen in a while. I am so used to only seeing G. candidum(Crottin de Chavignol, Saint Marcellin, etc.).
