I started using the Loseit app today to calculate CICO but I am having a hard time figuring out how it is calculating the Under column… there is no way I am under eating by 2700 calories. I used to use fit it and MFP and it would be within a couple hundred calories…maybe. Please let me know if you have figured out how connect the 2 apps 🙂

  1. I hate this feature of LoseIt! It factors in your exercise and basically says you can eat the calories you worked off. The only way to stop it is to disconnect your watch from it altogether.

  2. OP what is your activity setting in the lose it app? Typically these crazy high bonuses mean there is a discrepancy between how active you told the app you are, versus how active the Watch records you to actually BE.

    It looks like there’s something wrong with your watch settings unless you’re a very large person (no offense meant with that). It has your resting calories as 3,092 which is a lot. What do you have your weight listed as on your watch? If that’s wrong it would also be overestimating your calorie burn for activity too
