    The plates look nice. Maybe the brown plate could be a different color. What’s up with the lemon crisp tho…I love lemon. What’s it made of? You make that sorbet ? I think a white plate of some shape and size would make that dessert stand out more.

  2. Yeah I’m going to have to join in with the “different plate” gang here – this is beautiful but a white plate will contrast better and highlight the chocolate more.

  3. I’m tired of seeing white plates and I like these plates. SAGA nyc a new 2 Michelin star restaurant uses similar plate ware to this. My only criticism is the topping on the lemon cookie is a bit too uniform looking, a bit wonky, but the cherry chocolate dessert is nicely balanced in appearance.

  4. Wow, love the monochromatic plating on the cherry chocolate mousse. They both look very good!
