You gotta cook that turkey bacon longer! I love when it has a little crunch

Same here. I could eat eggs w/egg whites, spinach, salsa on top, and avocado every single day and never get tired of it

I literally ate this as breakfast for years (except just an apple, not the applesauce). If you can track down Jenni-O Turkey bacon give it a try. It can get nice and crispy, you don’t need to cook it in any oil or anything, and it tastes good 🙂

An upgraded version of this tides me over until lunch every day.
* 2 eggs & bacon, like you
* I add veggies and either salsa or kimchi+sriracha to the eggs
* Instead of applesauce, I have a massive bowl of berries (250g Costco three-berry blend!), plus some skyr and chia seeds
It ends up a little over 500 cal, with tons of protein and fiber, as well as more volume from the veggies.

Swap out one of the eggs for 100g egg whites and you’ll triple your volume for less calories 😈

What brand is the Turkey bacon?

Eggs overcooked and bacon under. But that’s personal preference.

Looks delicious — I know you probably prioritize calories more than anything else but please watch the sodium on the meat (a serving of a deli meat can have 25%+ of your daily recommended amount, not to mention that processed meat is considered carcinogenic).
