    I really wonder what that lightly smoked sour cream tastes like. Is it similar to a smoked aged Gouda?

  2. Incredible plating, both the layout and plate. I usually lurk and maybe my 2 cents ain’t worth much but personally I think some more vibrant green somewhere would really pop. Maybe it’s the pic and the oil is brighter.

    Anyone agree?
