The plate lacks a lot of cohesion, particularly your cuts – they’re a bit all over the place. I’d spread that purée out in a center, then meat, then onions as garnish with some sort of salad as well. Whenever I think up a plate like this – a purée, meat and garnish – I always opt for a nice, circular plating in the middle
