Maybe you can flash a blowtorch over it, or find another way to stop the condensation.

Looks freaking amazing. Ignore the other comment. The mousse is sweating from holding all that fruit in perfect shape. It’s a real workout when you have no muscles.

Looks nice. Difficult to pick up in a hurry, but very nice nonetheless. Is that dill? Not sure how the flavors work together, but maybe they do – I’ve just never tried it.
Is that a chocolate “shell” with mousse inside? Very pretty.

This is beautiful. The fruit is exquisitely sliced. I’m not sure how I feel about the fennel(?) garnish as I’m not a fan of herb garnishes on dessert that don’t actually add to the experience, but I think I could forgive it in this case.
