Newbie here and I am NOT a professional but I am very passionate and learning. I can’t have gluten (celiac) so I usually go with edamame pasta. I didn’t have a lot of squid ink left but I also think that these noodles don’t absorb the ink as well as regular ones do. Either way, this was delicious. Lots of piquillo peppers, harissa and a touch of Sicilian pesto.

so the edamame pasta should be light greenish is color, plus squid ink plus harissa makes light purple/ squid color? Did you know/try that before? Either way I agree with others, bravo. Certainly grabs your attention and plated well. I actually like the plate choice. Color works.

Not gonna lie I’ve been thinking about a themed restaurant, like a pirates of the Caribbean theme, or mtg theme, or WoW theme, something outlandish and fun. This would definitely make the menu 100%
