  1. Very elegant, I’m gonna need some more hollandaise sauce please! Maybe it’s just me, but I like a lot of sauce! Sounds fantastic though!

  2. I want to hate these flavors but I am actually very intrigued. However I would put the halibut on the left of the asparagus, but that’s a small critique

    This looks pretty, but next time try for a better colour on the fish–it looks more scorched than seared.

  4. looks beautiful and yummy, simple yet captivating.

    but i wonder if a different colored plate would help elevate the look of dish, and bring out the “oomph” that’s already there!
