  1. Lose the radishes. Maybe the pansies too. Some thickly shaved Parmesan would do nicely on top. Risotto looks a good consistency, could be a bit looser.

  3. Not normally a flower person, but the white/purple goes really nicely here. Maybe get rid of the radishes and the chopped-up flowers, and go with 3-5 big, nice blooms.
