    It’s beautiful, but the dry pucker i feel in my mouth while looking at it is insane (it all looks bone dry). The dish needs some high quality olive oil and a sprinkle of Maldon

    Love it! PS went to have a look through your posts to see if you had other nice dishes but was pleasantly surprised to see your a fellow wine / rhone fan!

    PPS if you’re still interested in guigal lalas you should look for chateau d’ampuis – I picked up a 95 last year for 95e and was incredible!
