This looks and sounds super delicious, I love matcha! One thing I’d change though is losing the dusted matcha on the strawberries, it doesn’t look great to me and feel like you already have so much matcha on the dish you could lose it and still have plenty of flavor

  2. This is beautiful. I’m curious about matcha tuille. How did you make it?

One suggestion – maybe flip the strawberry slices to sharpen the contrast.

  3. You have overdone this dish you could say it’s a little matcha.

JK this looks incredible. Great job!

    I recognize this beautiful plate!
I’ve never had matcha…. Looks beautiful though. Just a old woman from the south…

  5. Well done. First picture, I thought it was going to be too dry. Second and third picture, it makes sense. If you used a form that approximates a tea leaf, you’d get extra brownie points.

What’s the strawberry component that’s not two halves sitting on top?

The dish looks amazing, I would love to try some of it. I will say the plate makes it look like your cake is a very intense anime character that’s either startled or starting their attack.

It looks great dude!! Pls can u share the recipe? I can imagine that it tastes really great and interesting

  8. Looks very nice! The strawberry seems out of place though. I would replace with kiwi to stick with the green theme.
