This is such a strange dish. A lot here that I simultaneously need to understand and also initially thought I wouldn’t want to eat.
The rice chip is cool and also looks like it could harbor a plague.
I think the only actual criticism I have is that I feel like the coconut cream is a little heavily plated, that the texture of the other elements would drown a bit.
Really great idea, though. Unique profile and appearance.

I would love to try this, the ingredients sound very interesting together! I would personally make the rice crips smaller, because they hide a lot of the fish. I also feel a bit uncomfortable with the hazelnuts, but I can’t figure out why. I think it’s the color.

I am definitely saving this to experiment with these ingredients for myself some time!

I love it, and I’d love to see it on a black or dark grey plate. The colors of the food would be more dynamic.
