    I think this is really cool! Interesting contrast between the abstract, very modern plating and the old fashioned China.

    I love the concept! I do think that it would look and taste better with just a fraction of the sauce

    This is such a strange dish. A lot here that I simultaneously need to understand and also initially thought I wouldn’t want to eat.

    The rice chip is cool and also looks like it could harbor a plague.

    I think the only actual criticism I have is that I feel like the coconut cream is a little heavily plated, that the texture of the other elements would drown a bit.

    Really great idea, though. Unique profile and appearance.

  4. That looks too much like mold to me. Immediately lost interest in anything else going on.

  5. I would love to try this, the ingredients sound very interesting together! I would personally make the rice crips smaller, because they hide a lot of the fish. I also feel a bit uncomfortable with the hazelnuts, but I can’t figure out why. I think it’s the color.

    I would love to see this dish on a [bright colored plate like pink](https://i.pinimg.com/736x/a3/ac/79/a3ac799ed28ec96730c7d1b3c7e4a576.jpg)! I also like this plate a lot, but somthing pink might bring out the fish more.

    I am definitely saving this to experiment with these ingredients for myself some time!

    I love it, and I’d love to see it on a black or dark grey plate. The colors of the food would be more dynamic.
