    Looks very nice. I can’t really think of anything to criticize, but I feel like when you can cook an egg this well, it’s almost a crime to cover it up.

    Beautiful!!!!! Haricot verts just needs ice bath after blanching so you can roast it and it wont crumble(not sure about this term). But damn this is really really good.

    Maybe consider cooking those green beans a bit less next time, other than that it looks fantastic. Usually, I’m not a fan of microgreens as garnish
    but in this case, I think it works well. Nicely done!
