(seriously…) gorgeous plate. It took me a few seconds to even realize what I was seeing. Still not 100% sure.

Very interesting. But how you gonna make the tiger’s milk turn white without the fish protein?

I would never eat that (palate of a 5 yr old American, sue me) but damn if that isn’t lovely to look at.

Now that’s a hot little plate.

Love everything on there, but personally I would lose those stems

This looks like what an alien would eat at their fine dining restaurant in another planet. Looks awesome

I see beautiful dishes like this and wonder, how tasty are they actually?

Incredible flavours and plating though the cilantro could be picked a little smaller

So refreshing to see a really good plate! This is inspiration and art! Did you cure it infuse the turnip?

Preposterous. Great stuff

Looks really cool. But the cilantro stem is misplaced. Also some of the corn looks like raw popcorn kernels…im sure you can correct that…you are such a talented chef.

I hate to be the mf that picks apart the specifics because this plating is a 10/10, but something that did throw me off was that the drops don’t form a continuous circle.
