    I almost can’t see the burrata in the photo. Maybe a plate with some color contrast against it instead of white plate. Or a top-down second pic so you could see it with a proper contrast.

  2. Imo I think the dish would work, I’m my mind the hunk of burrata is so large to almost be intimidating to have to eat. A smaller or a few smaller pieces may be easier to go about eating. The flip side is it would likely look less visually appealing as the size does offer some visual contrast which may be lost if small seizes were used.

    Did it feel burdensome to eat and get a fork/spoon full of the dish which represented its different aspects with the large piece?

    If it’s a meant to serve as a starter maybe the smaller portion of burrata would be more appropriate.
