Looks great. Has a nutritionist ever said not to eat too much tofu? I can’t find reliable information online and I’m not sure if I’m remembering some sort of pseudoscience myth or what. I also eat a ton of tofu because it’s so good and it feels like you’re actually consuming FOOD.
