A bit late but this was our valentines menu: passion fruit sorbet, vodka gel, vodka infused tropical salsa. Ruby chocolate tart with vanilla mousse, raspberry mousse sphere and caramel. Petit four is a cherry and rose water marshmallow and strawberry ganache chocolate bombom.
