    Looks cleeean, im no chef but i think some greens like nastersiums or cilantro would look nice too maybe

    I like everything about this except the color of the tofu puree.

    It’s a fun composition, but incredibly flat colors on the salmon. Turmeric wouldn’t be wildly out of profile here, and coloring that puree would help immensely.

  4. I love it all, except I think I’d use a different plate/colored plate/maybe shaped plate, too.

    I love that it makes me think of Beetlejuice. It has big Tim Burton energy.

  5. I like this, chef. It’s beautifuly alien. Almost gross but interesting enough to cut that. Fine line to tread.

    Like others said salmon needs a spot or three of greens or something for color.

  6. It needs another thing but it has to be brightly colored. Too many beige and neutral tones.
