You plate as haphazardly as you spell caramelized.
In all seriousness, it sounds great, but needs refining. Slicing your octopus for the purpose of presentation is often a lot nicer, you could try that. I’d lose the microwilts (microgreens) and the un-necessary salad mix looking greenery. If there isn’t a purpose for the item on the plate, don’t put it on there. This isn’t supposed to be a salad right? The oil is a lot. Try a light drizzle, not a pool. I can’t see any fennel aside from a few fronds, where is it? Your puree looks nice, but I also feel like an additional textural component is necessary here, try some ras-al-hanout toasted nuts or something to add a crunch.

It sounds good, but the bottom 6 or so inches of the tentacle look unappetizing to me.
I’d lose the dark thin part and slice the rest.
