Created these dishes during a very slow nightshift with what i had on hand and without proper planning ahead, so bare with me here. Mostly looking for tips plating wise, was satisfied with the flavours.

  1. The onion broth was initially meant to be poured at the table, decided to serve it on the side after being dissatisfied with the outcome. Would serve some sourdough in that case aswell.

    Love those whole rocket leaves in the alt version! That’s a lot of broth. Not a bad thing, all my homies love onion broth, but it edges into soup territory past a certain point.

    What if you did little charred shallot cups for it?

    What’s a lady cut?
