Bought a tenderloin on sale for my birthday….mismarked by two pounds I found out at check out but didn’t say anything……trimmed the bejezuss outa it and did the mushroom reduction wrapped in crepes wrapped in puff pastry dough …next time less egg yolk more butter on the cap…
