Should’ve added more of the dressing and been a bit more deliberate with the placement, but thought I’d share it here anyway! Any feedback is most welcome 🙂

  1. Have you calculated the food cost/ labor cost/time/effort/ just to build this salad? Doesnt seem plausible unless it’s prepped and plated ahead of time. Then you have food/quality loss if it doesnt sell. alot of effort for a vegan Charcuterie board. Just my opinion

  2. I’m curious why you mentioned that the cucumbers were salted and the gherkins were pickled. I’d expect the entire salad to be salted, and aren’t gherkins always pickled?

    Other than those nitpicks that have nothing to do with the food itself, I will say from one home cook to another, nice job.

  3. This looks and sounds amazing, great work! Thinking about a bite of maple tomato in there was super exciting!
