I dunno about you guys but the second I read mushroom broth I instantly thought shit water for dinner sounds incredible.

I used the zoom function on my phone three times.
Each time the meat looks extremely pink.
To the point of still raw or at least very undercooked.
I personally do not eat pork at all ever.
But I am very aware that it needs to be cooked through and thoroughly.
I have also cooked with mushrooms too many times to count.
The enokis matched with the nori (here) looks as if they were just pulled up from dirt.
Additionally: many people may very much enjoy edible flowers.
I have never been one of those people.
It is definitely an acquired taste.
