I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to “Taste Atlas” for the cheese image and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: Tomme-style wheels are considered simple table cheeses, but beneath Cumberland Tomme’s rustic exterior lies a compellingly complex flavor. Three months of aging creates the mottled rind, encasing a semi-firm, sunny yellow paste. A slight funk gives way to the wheel’s buttermilk tang and sweet grassiness. Play up the earthy notes with a slice of Charlito’s Cocina’s Campo Seco. Or bring some fruitiness to every bite with V Smiley’s Strawberry Italian Plum Rosewater Jam.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

That’s a good-looking cheese. 8/10 for personal desirability right now. I love seeing your daily cheese post. Thanks for doing it.
