Here’s a little dish I did a few days ago. Cherry cremeux, amaretto chocolate mousse and a spiced cherry gel 🙂

  1. That has a lot of soft, creamy, components. I would love something with texture added. But the flavors sound nice.

  2. Lots of dark and brown colors and it meshs well with the plate color but it could use a bit more brighter colors to give the browns and blacks more contrast.

  3. Yeahh…. I’m sorry to burst your bubble…. but that’s some dog nuggets of various sizes
