    I think I’ll give the broccoli a try. I’ve been making a sauce with laughing cow cheese but sometimes I just want something quick.

    I love those green giant packs. They give a slight feeling of decadence with the cheese.

    Love this! My grocery store occasionally sells those boxes of veggies 10 for $10, I always have them in my freezer.

    Green giants cauliflower rice, cheese and cheese tastes better and has either 70 or 80 calories for the whole box.

    That whole sleeve is almost 200 gr of pasta ?? 🤯 holy cow. not even Italian men eat that much hahahha
    It is a truckload of pasta. Average quantity for a plate of pasta is 80gr, 100 gr if very hungry.

    My nutritionist allowed me 60 gr (1.3k kcal /day meal
    plan, I’m 37F).

    I don’t mean to be rude to be clear! I just find it amusing, as an Italian
